Yugo Passion Froot Cocktail Recipe

Once you get a hang of the recipe, you can be as creative as you like, experimenting with different fruit and different flavours of P.S. Modern Syrups.

Indigents

• 2oz Raw Citrus Gin

• 2oz Passion fruit Puree

• 1oz P.S. Modern Elderflower Syrup 

• 1oz lemon Juice

• Handful of Mint (or P.S. Modern Mint Syrup to taste)

• Ginger beer to top

Method

1. Puree passion fruit in food processor or blender

2. Add all ingredients except ginger beer into a shaker

3. Dirty pour into a highball glass

4. Top with ginger beer

5. Enjoy!
